Hi Grace Chapel Family!

We are definitely in unique times as a society, as a church body and as individuals. Personally I have been all across the board on how I thought we should act and react to the pandemic itself, as well as on the behalf of one another as the body.
I wanted to share with you what I know, and what we perceive for now. With the understanding that this is an extremely fluid situation, where change is not only probable, it’s a certainty.
Sunday Services:
Until further notice, we will be on FACEBOOK live with our service at 10:30 AM on Sundays. For your health and safety, this is the preferred mode of seeing and participating in the worship services for the coming weeks. They will be recorded at Grace Chapel live on Sunday morning.
Sunday Small Groups:
Our small groups are a major point of contact for our fellowship. I would encourage all small group leaders to be in contact with your group, and possibly find an alternative way of meeting. If a class wants to meet in a home, consider streaming the service together. that could be a really meaningful way of doing church for the coming weeks.
Wednesday Study Groups/Weekly Study groups:
Just like Sunday groups, I feel our weekly small groups are integral right now. Some of the Wednesday Groups are going to try an online platform, which allows interactivity. This could be really cool. I tested it yesterday, and with a good internet connection or strong cellular signal, the service works well. It will be done with an app called ZOOM which is available for free in the app store, and the membership one would need to join a class is also free. The Starbucks group is moving to “316” as of this coming Monday. Please note, any others that need a place are welcome to use that space, just let me know and I will schedule it.
Overall connectivity:
I pray that we will all be careful to keep our eyes open and ears to the ground in reference to the needs of those around us. Please be in contact with one another, and hold one another up as we go through these days.
Watch the Grace Chapel Website –www.gracechapelal.com for updates and announcements.
Download and use the app for iphone and android. The download link is on the homepage, bottom left as well as in the app store.
The Facebook address is GraceChapelCullman.
Finally, there are several church groupme accounts, if you are not on one of those, please let me know and I will get you added. If you are aware of needs, please contact me or any of the staff.

In these days, I simply can’t get Romans 12 out of my mind, paying special attention to verse 12. I think it’s definitely timely right now.
9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. 11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. 12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. 13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality. Romans 12:9-13

I love you all and I am thankful to be able to walk with you through this! God is able! He will be glorified through it all!
Love,
Brian
